Therapy is a big commitment in many ways, including financially.
It is important that you assess the financial viability of therapy prior to initiating services.

Your plan may offer partial or full reimbursement for your payments. I will provide all documentation required to obtain reimbursement.

Intake Assessment
75 minutes (90791) $180

Individual Therapy Sessions
60 minutes (90837) $160
45 minutes (90834) $140

Clinical Consultation*
30 minutes $90

*Clinical Consultation is defined as: Much of the work I do for our sessions is outside of our session time.
If you have any past/current providers that you have worked closely with, a psychiatrist or other
prescriber, loved ones, medical providers, or other important people in your life that would provide
insight, it would be helpful for me to have contact with them. The first contact with these providers and
loved ones are not billed for. I view these communications as a valuable aspect of the intake process.
The above fee would be billed for continued Clinical Consultation with these providers and/or loved
ones. This would be discussed with you prior to continued consultation.

*No Call/No Show or Late Cancellation without 24hr notice will be billed at the full session fee*

No Call/No Show, Late Cancellation, and Clinical Consultation fees cannot be billed to insurance, nor can it be reimbursed by insurance.

Accrued Balances

In order to prevent any large accrued balances that can potentially impede on continued
psychotherapy, you will receive additional notification when your balance reaches $400. You will be
asked to pay the amount of at least one psychotherapy session prior to your next session in order to
ensure that your balance does not exceed $500. Payment plans are available and can be discussed at
anytime.
