 Life Transitions

Change doesn't exist on it's own, a new season of life means we are leaving or losing another.  We face this type of change and loss in our relationships, our career, and even in our hopes for the future. Navigating these life transitions can leave us feeling anxious, sad, angry, and overwhelmed; bringing about an experience of less-recognizable grief.

In a society that often urges us to ease or avoid grief because it's painful, therapy offers a compassionate space to feel and honor every part of our grief.
