About Me

The first time someone asked me why I wanted to be a social worker, my answer was "because nobody should have to go through this alone".  At that point, I was about to graduate with my Bachelors in Psychology and start a Masters program in Social Work.

Since those early (and naive) days, that belief has evolved into a therapeutic philosophy rooted in our innate need for connection and support.  This guides my work with people who are navigating life's changes and all that comes with them.

Oftentimes, when we go through these changes we realize something (or maybe lots of things) about our life doesn’t align with what we envision or expect, and we need someone to help us make sense of it all so we can move forward.  Together, we will create a safe and empowering space to explore barriers, develop skills to cope with the uncomfortable (and inevitable!), and create change in your life...which I still believe is more than any of us should have to do alone.
